Shipping and Returns
Each of our reproductions on canvas is printed to order.
This allows us to offer you a wide variety
of art while
keeping prices reasonable. . (The total time frame is
shorter at the holidays: we have extra elves.) Please note each of the shipping options in the drop-down menu
on the checkout page (this menuwill appear below "Billing Information"
at the top of the "Shipping Information" section.) There are
separate choices for domestic (US only) and international
shipments, either via UPS or Postal Service.
Please be aware that UPS does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO (military) addresses - choose Postal Service for these addresses. As well, UPS delivers only on standard business days (M-F) but not Saturday, unless specifically requested (see "Rush Orders / Expedited Shipments below.)
International shipments: Orders to Canada will be shipped UPS Standard Canada; UPS Worldwide Expedited everywhere else that UPS ships. If you wish to receive your order via Postal Service, please be sure to choose an International option (or "UK Only" if applicable.) **Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or duties incurred upon arrival in the destination country; please inquire with local postal or customs office for further information. Rush Orders / Expedited Shipments: If you need your order very quickly, and/or shipped via 2nd Day, Next Day or Saturday Delivery (or any other method not offered during checkout), please contact us via email: or via telephone: (678) 424-8200 (Illusions Gallery's "real" store is located in the Eastern time zone.) You can, if you wish, go ahead and place your order before you contact us - we'll get back to you with adjustments to order time and shipping method (and shipping costs, if applicable.) **Return policy: Satisfaction guaranteed.** All of our reproductions on canvas are printed to order (with the exception of items noted as "ready-to-ship.") Frames, if purchased, are built to order, and brushstroking is hand-applied, also to order. Because of the custom nature of our product, we must maintain careful control and tracking of returns to keep quality high and prices reasonable. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please do the following: *Contact us for a return authorization number before returning an order. (See chart below for refund policy on different items.) * No refunds will be issued without proper return authorization, and return authorization must be requested no more than 15 calendar days from the day the order was originally delivered to the recipient to be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be insured, as we cannot be responsible for a shipment returned damaged. Ready-to-ship items can be found at Gift shop
